Melissa is a certified dog trainer and animal behavior consultant in Southern Maine. She is the author of two books (Considerations for the City Dog and Misadventures of the World’s Okayest Dog Trainer). She is available for private training and behavior consultations in homes across York County, virtually, and classes through Go Dog, Go! in Saco, Maine.
Melissa, her husband, and her daughter share a home in Kennebunk with 15 spoiled pet chickens, a 20 y/o cat named Rohan, and two dogs – Captain Love and Rookie Patatas. Both dogs are available for therapy visits and educational programs in schools, libraries, museums and other venues.
